About Mozella

Detroit-born singer, songwriter, and recording artist, Mozella, has co-written some of the biggest pop hits of the decade: Miley Cyrus’ #1 smash “Wrecking Ball,” One Direction’s chart-topping “Perfect,” and Charlie Puth’s “One Call Away,“ – as well as collaborations with everyone from Rihanna, Ellie Goulding, Tate McRae and Madonna. She most recently co-wrote “Don’t I Make It Look Easy” and “Remind Me” for Meghan Trainor, “Spaceman” for Nick Jonas, and co-wrote “Cover Me In Sunshine” for P!nk and Willow Sage Hart. As a recording artist, she has three full-length albums under her belt and recently released the single “Anything Is Possible.”

Mozella’s music has been featured in countless TV shows including Grey’s Anatomy and Pretty Little Liars. Her song “Anything Is Possible” is the current theme song for the CMT Nashville-based songwriting docuseries Music CIty.

Mozella has also synced her music in commercials for some of the world's biggest brands including McDonald’s, Verizon, Mercedes, and Chrysler. Her most recent sync success was the use of “Anything Is Possible” in the latest L’Oréal El Vive ad campaign.

Mozella is managed by Rachel Kurstin at No Expectations Management.

[On Songwriting]

My advice? Stay open and keep creating no matter what. Songs are human experiences. So be human and write about it. Your most human songs are the ones that connect the most with the listener...and that’s what we’re all looking for at the deepest level: connection.
